Conditions

In case of children under 2 years old a cot will be placed if requested.
Prices include electricity, water, cleaning twice per week, linen change once and towels change twice a week.
Extra change of linen or towels will cost 1 € per piece.
Extra services rented and paid directly in the reception, by the customer, before the check-in.
At check-in, in some conditions, like young people groups, a returnable deposit until 100 € per person can be asked.
No animals allowed.

Payment Conditions

At reservation, 20% through a bank deposit or bank transfer to the following bank account:
