Attendance and reception of guests at check-in, check-out or in routine requests at the counter/telephone, following the standards of the Department/Hotel;
Reservation management;
Hotel conference and billing;
Verification of customer accounts;
Submission of daily reports;
Support and guarantee guest loyalty through a professional and proactive attitude, always seeking to anticipate and exceed guests' needs and expectations.
Prepare the service location correctly, check and control work materials and carry out prior preparations for the service to be provided;
Receive and execute the customer's order, prepare and serve simple or compound drinks;
Take care of the cleanliness and organization of the bar facilities;
Collaborate in stock supervision, inform the superior of their shortages and request replacement.
Requirements:
Experience of 1 to 2 years in Hotel Units;
Availability for shifts;
Computer skills from the user's point of view;
Good knowledge of English, others will be an asset;
High Team Spirit;
Customer orientation;
Dynamism and pro-activity.
